1 General Terms & Conditions

Juzzbuzz (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "us") is an international online gaming service operating for users in Bangladesh and other countries. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between juzzbuzz and its users.

By using juzzbuzz's services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, of sound mind, and legally eligible to participate in online gaming in your jurisdiction. juzzbuzz reserves the right to close your account at any time if these conditions are violated.

All services, content, and software on juzzbuzz are our intellectual property. Transferring, copying, or selling them to any third party is strictly prohibited. By using this platform, you agree not to use it for any unlawful activity.

2 Account Registration & Verification

To open an account on juzzbuzz, you must register with accurate and complete information. Each person is allowed only one account. If a single individual is found to have created multiple accounts, juzzbuzz reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any deposited funds.

The following information is required to register:

• Full name (as per National ID)
• Valid phone number (Bangladeshi operator)
• Date of birth (must be 18 or older)
• Strong password
• Preferred currency (BDT)

Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal. This requires a scanned copy of your National ID or passport. Verification is typically completed within 24 hours.

You are solely responsible for the security of your account. Never share your password with anyone. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact our support team immediately.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Deposits and withdrawals on juzzbuzz can be made via Mobile Banking, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and direct bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Minimum deposit: BDT 500
• Maximum daily deposit: BDT 2,00,000
• Minimum withdrawal: BDT 500
• Withdrawal Processing Time: 1–3 business hours
• Withdrawals for VIP Members: Within 30 minutes

Funds will only be returned via the same method used to make the original deposit. A different withdrawal method may require additional verification. juzzbuzz does not charge any transaction fees, though your bank or mobile operator may apply their own charges.

If a transaction appears suspicious or there are money laundering concerns, juzzbuzz reserves the right to temporarily hold any transaction and request additional information. Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy will be followed in such cases.

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Juzzbuzz offers a variety of bonuses — Welcome Bonus, Reload Bonus, Free Spins, Cashback, and Referral Bonus. Each bonus has its own wagering requirements and validity period.

• A minimum deposit of BDT 1,000 is required to receive the Welcome Bonus
• Wagering must be completed to withdraw bonus funds (typically 20–30x)
• If wagering is not completed within 30 days of receiving a bonus, the bonus will be cancelled
• Two members of the same household cannot claim the same bonus at the same time
• Wagering requirements also apply to winnings from free spins
• Violating bonus terms may result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings

Juzzbuzz reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time. Full terms for each promotion are available on the respective promotion page. In any bonus-related dispute, juzzbuzz's decision is final.

5 Gaming Rules

All games on juzzbuzz are operated by third-party software providers and governed by a Random Number Generator (RNG). Every game outcome is entirely fair and independent. There is no way to manipulate game results.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Playing games using bots or automated software
• Colluding with other players
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs for unfair advantage
• Claiming bonuses or rewards using false information
• Unauthorized access to another user's account

Juzzbuzz reserves the right to reclaim any winnings or bonuses credited in error due to a technical fault. If your internet connection drops during a game, the result will be saved on the server and updated once you reconnect.

6 Responsible Gaming

Juzzbuzz believes gaming should be fun — not stressful. The well-being and peace of mind of our members is our top priority, which is why our platform offers a range of responsible gaming tools.

• Deposit Limit: Set daily/weekly/monthly limits
• Session Timer: Track your playing time
• Reality Check: Get periodic reminders
• Self-Exclusion: Self-exclude for anywhere between 24 hours and 6 months
• Permanent Closure: You can also request to permanently close your account

Juzzbuzz is strictly for users aged 18 and above. Violations of this rule will result in account closure and forfeiture of all funds. Parents and guardians can use parental control software to restrict children's access.

7 Personal Data Protection

Juzzbuzz handles your personal data with the utmost care. We protect your information using SSL 256-bit encryption, and your data is never sold or transferred to third parties.

You may request to view, correct, or delete your data at any time. However, certain information may be required to be retained for a specified period due to legal obligations.

8 Account Closure & Termination

Juzzbuzz may suspend or terminate an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If these Terms & Conditions are violated
• If evidence of fraud or dishonest activity is found
• If there is suspicion of money laundering or any other illegal activity
• If evidence of operating multiple accounts is found
• Registering with false or falsified information
• Attempting unauthorized access to the platform's systems

You can also request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account. Any balance left in a closed account that is not claimed within 90 days may be forfeited.

9 Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute or complaint, please contact our support team first. We always aim to resolve issues amicably. The support team will provide an initial response to your complaint within 48 hours.

If a resolution cannot be reached through the support team, the matter will be escalated to our management level. In disputes regarding game outcomes, server logs will be treated as the final proof. In disputes regarding bonuses or promotions, juzzbuzz's decision is final.

10 Terms & Conditions Amendment Policy

Juzzbuzz reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Registered members will be notified in advance of any significant changes via email or SMS.

Continuing to use the platform after any changes have been made will be considered your acceptance of the updated terms. Please visit this page regularly and read the latest version.

If any part of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will continue in full force. This document is a translation of the original English version — in the event of any conflict, the English version shall prevail.
